Online AiM One to Ones and Online Classes Available
I am fascinated by physical movement and love helping bodies to move and function with more ease and confidence. Reducing aches and pains and hearing stories of what clients are now able to do, that they couldn’t do before, has always kept motivating me to do and learn more.
My passion and enthusiasm for my work is infectious and I have a great ability to explain the complicated mechanics of the body in terms that my clients can understand. Everything I do involves attention to detail and is mixed with genuine warmth and enjoyment.
I teach educational, friendly, inclusive exercise classes that are particularly suited to those who think that, for whatever reason, they are unfit for exercise. My AiM one-to-one sessions are individually tailored, informative and effective at reducing pain, improving function and increasing stability and/or mobility (depending on what is required). Both are suitable for most levels of fitness and ability.
I have been teaching and working with bodies since 2000, prior to that I was a Graphic Designer and I have an art degree. I find that my creative mind enables me to keep the sessions interesting and always different, and my aesthetic eye helps me to spot when a body isn’t moving well.
I am a qualified Pilates Matwork Instructor, Personal Trainer, and Anatomy in Motion (AiM) Practitioner but I have consistently added to this knowledge with courses and workshops too numerous to list, and likewise with books and reading.
