Olga has always been interested in natural remedies and since an early age has taken an interest in organic gardening and growing herbs not only for their culinary and medicinal purposes but also for their use in skin and hair care. This led to an interest in holistic healing with essential oils and well being through nature.
Her love of the outdoors and nature saw her attend Broomfield College as a landscape gardener. It has been a natural progression to use her years of knowledge and skills in natural remedies to now have completed over 17 years as a full time therapist.
Well being is always at the forefront of her mind from running regular yoga classes in Derby and Repton and workshops around the UK, to healing through massage, aromatherapy and reflexology as well as giving help and advice on diet and nutrition.
Olga is fully committed to her teachings and therapies and regularly attends courses to further her own knowledge. Walking, gardening, yoga and canoeing are among many of her varied interests.
