I grew up in London before completing my first degree at London University. I subsequently had a long career in the field of social care, working in London, Leicester and Coventry, having completed my professional training in 1989. I have many years experience of working successfully with individuals and groups, with a wide range of issues and difficulties. These include stress, depression, ill health and disability, relationship difficulties, bereavement, sexual abuse, sexuality and AIDS.
I was drawn to psychosynthesis because I had lost my own way and because I had forgotten what made my heart sing. Psychosynthesis enabled me to re-connect to myself, heal emotional wounds from the past, and find my life's purpose. The process taught me how to care for my soul, and now I wish to help others do the same.
