I work as a practitioner and teacher of the Metamorphic Technique in Derbyshire and Devon. At the Woodlands Natural Health Centre in Derby, a group session is held every first Thursday in the month. Those who have attended a workshop in the technique can meet together in order to exchange sessions.

I first experienced the Metamorphic Technique in 1983. This was such a profound experience that I could not ignore it. I felt I had to thoroughly investigate this work. How come I had not heard of it before? How could something so simple have such an effect? How could I have more, regularly? All this led me to become a practitioner in 1987 and to complete the teacher training course in 1999. My training included workshops with Robert St. John, who discovered this work, and Gaston St. Pierre, director of the Metamorphic Association. In May 2005, I completed a four day Continual Professional Development course for teachers of the technique with Gaston St. Pierre.

The depth and appropriateness of this work never ceases to amaze me. I love it.
