The Introduction to Meditation course involves practical sessions in which you learn simple, powerful techniques for bringing calm and balance in to your everyday activities. By developing the skill of meditation you can learn to let go of busy mental chatter, deal more effectively with worry and anxiety, sleep better and generally enjoy life more.

The course runs for six weeks on a Wednesday evening, 6:30pm – 8pm.
The next course is due to start on April 17th 2013.
Dates for the whole course are: April 17th, 24th, May 1st, 8th, 15th & 22nd.
