My name is Sue, and I am a fully qualified and insured Level 5 Reflexology Practitioner based in Derby. After 31 years working in an office environment, I made the decision to pursue my long-standing passion for holistic therapies. I felt an intrinsic calling to this path, and my journey began with a transformative 5-day Meditation Teacher Training course with the British School of Meditation, inspired by my deep love for yoga. This experience proved both fulfilling and healing, offering me the self-care I needed after years of stress in a desk-based role.

During this transformative period, I unearthed a deep passion for writing and research, sparking a fervour for deeper study that ultimately guided me to the fascinating realm of Reflexology.

I embarked on my Level 5 Diploma at Jubilee College in Nottingham, where I delved into the intricate systems of the human body. Training with one of the leading institutions in the field has equipped me with advanced knowledge and skills, which I passionately combine with my genuine desire to help my clients achieve natural health improvements. Since qualifying and proudly becoming a member of the Association of Reflexologists, I have continually sought to expand my expertise through professional development courses.

I journeyed to Somerset for a “Precision” Reflexology course, which uses the art of a gentle static touch technique. This allows a deeper connection with my clients’ subtle energy, greatly enhancing the benefits of their treatments. Additionally, I gained certification in “Hot and Cold stone” reflexology from Jubilee College, which perfectly complements my practice, especially during the colder months.
