You can use the kitchen for heating and eating of food but please be aware of strong smells which may permeate the reception and the big room.
Heating
Heat settings are changed throughout the year. If you are cold in the building, please use the ADVANCE button on the central heating timer in the upstairs toilet. Please don’t use any other switch. If you are the last person in the building, please use ADVANCE again to switch off the heating. If you are cold in your room, please provide yourself with a heater.
Parking
There are only 4 spaces on the front of Woodlands, these are for clients only. Practitioners, please park on Woodland Road. Please advise clients that the parking adjacent to Woodlands is private and not to be used. Please ask them to be careful parking elsewhere taking care not to blocking driveways or the bottleneck at the top of Woodland Road.

If you need to store equipment outside of your rooms please use space in the office, any cupboards in the kitchen or any space in the cleaning cupboard (back of the kitchen).
Shopping
Shopping is done at the wholesalers. Tea, coffee, herbs teas, sugars etc are provided. If you require any speciality drinks, please get them and provide us with a receipt to get money back. We also provide handwash/hand towels for any rooms that require them.
Full cream milk is provided, again any speciality milks please provide you own.
In/Out Board
Please make sure that you use the identity fobs when you come in the building and remember to put them back to the out position when you leave. Practitioners need to know if there is anyone else in the building when they leave and need to lock up. It is also a precautionary measure if there is a fire.

Final Note
It’s your building. Please make reception look as welcoming as possible by putting on all the lights in reception and making sure it is tidy and warm enough. There is an oil-fired radiator for winter use in reception. Make sure also that there are enough loo rolls and handtowels in the toilets and that they are clean. Keep the kitchen tidy and clean.
