I am a fully registered Nutritional Therapist specialising in all things gut health including IBS and fatigue.
After recovering from my own health battles including years of IBS symptoms along with my passion for good nutrition, I decided to train with the highly renowned Institute for Optimum Nutrition (ION) for 4 years to gain my qualification in Nutritional Therapy. I have also completed a certified health coaching course to help enable my clients to recognize how they can move forwards towards their health goals.
I work on the principle that we are all unique offering a personalized approach believing that there is no one size that fits all approach. My practice is evidence based keeping up to date with the latest research.
